Notes for Aztec MANX C Support:

SME automatically adds the -f command for calling response files.  Do not 
manually enter the command in a macro or it will  appear twice.

Libraries:

When setting up your libraries in SMSET you must type in the complete
path, and include the file extension.  Example:

                   C:\LIBS\LMYLIB.LIB

SME automatically puts an action block in the make file for the ORD
program.  Initially the librarian's response file is saved with an
`LTM' extension for a temporary library file.  The ORD command uses
the temporary file for it's infile, and replaces the extension with 
`LBR' for the outfile.  Example:

                   ORD MYLIB.LTM MYLIB.LBR
